Adverse Reactions
Dosages:
0.1mg or 3.7mg/m2 by IV or every 2 weeks. May be increased in weekly increments of 50mcg/kg OR 1.8-1.9mg/m2. Max. dose of 0.5mg/kg or 18.5mg/m2 by IV weekly, based on response. Dose should not repeated if WBC counts fall below 4000/mm3
