| Oral: Allergic rhinitis & Allergic reactions to blood or plasma: 25mg at bedtime or 6.25 -12.5 mg taken thrice daily.
Night time sedation in hospitalized patients: 25-50mg.
Oral: Nausea & Vomiting: 25mg and repeat it in 4-6hours intervals if required.
IM/Rectal suppository: Nausea & Vomiting: 12.5-25mg and repeat it in 4-6 hours intervals if required.
Preoperative, postoperative, or obstetric sedation: 50mg of the drug + suitable reduced dose of narcotic /barbiturate & required amount of belladonna alkaloid; 25-50mg with suitable analgesics for postoperative therapy.
Motion sickness: 25mg twice daily, initial dose should be taken 2 hours before journey and should be repeated after 8-12 hours if necessary |
