Amiodarone, APAP, carbamazepine, corticoste-roids, cyclosporine, dicumarol, digitoxin, disopy-ramide, dopamine, doxycycline, estrogens, furosemide, haloperidol, levodopa, mebenda-zole, meperidine, methadone, metyrapone, oral contraceptives, phenothiazines, quinidine, sul-fonylureas: Decreased effects of these drugs via increased hepatic metabolism. Adjust dosages as needed.
Antacids, antineoplastics, barbiturates, calcium, calcium gluconate, carbamazepine, charcoal, diazoxide, folic acid, loxapine, nitrofurantoin, pyri-doxine, rifampin, sucralfate, theophylline:Decreased therapeutic effects of phenytoin. Moni-tor child.
