| IV:12mg/m2/day for 3 days by slow IV over 10-15 minutes. Administer in combination with Cytarabine 100mg/m2 by continuous Infsn. for 7 days OR give 25mg/m2 bolus followed by 200mg/m2 daily by Infsn. for 5 days. A second course may be administered if needed. |
