Dosages:
Chronic myelogenous leukemia
Child: 0.06-0.12 mg/kg or 1.8-4.6 mg/m2 PO qd. Adjust to maintain white blood cell count of 20,000/mm3.

Adult: 4-8 mg PO qd; range 1-12 mg PO qd (0.06 mg/kg or 1.8 mg/m2). Maintenance 1-3 mg PO qd.
