Adverse Reactions:
CNS: unusual tiredness or weakness, fatigue. GC cheilosis, dry mouth, anorexia.

Hematologic: leukopenia (WBC count de creasing after about 10 days and continuing to decrease for 2 weeks after stoppinq drug), throm-bocytopenia, anemia, severe pancytopenia.

Respiratory: irreversible pulmonary fibrosis (commonly called busulfan lung).

Skin: alopecia, transient hyperpigmentation, rash. urticaria, anhidrosis, jaundice.

Other: gynecomastia, Addison-like wasting syn-drome, profound hvperuricemia caused high in-creased cell lysis, cataracts.
