Interactions:
Acetaminophen, gold compounds, other anti-inflammatories: Possible idcreased nephrotoxicity with coadministration. Dont use together.

Anticoagulants, thrombolytics: May potentiate an-ticoagulant effects. Monitor coagulation studies and child for signs of bleeding.

Antihypertensives, diuretics: May decrease ef-fectiveness of these drugs. Monitor childs in-take and output.

Anti-inflammatories, corticosteroids, corticotropin, salicylates: Increased GI adverse effects. Dont use together.

Aspirin, cefamandole, cefoperazone, dextran, dipyndamole, mezlocillin, parenteratcarbenicillin, piperacillin, salicylates, ticarcIllin, valproic acid, other antiinflam-matories: Decreased blood levels of indomethacin. Avoid concomitant use.

Coumarin derivatives, nifedipine, phenytoin, verapamil: Toxicity may occur with coadministra-tion. Dont use together.

Diuretics, triamterene: Potential nephrotoxicity. Dont use together.

Insulin, oral antidiabetics: May potentiate hypo-glycemic effects. Monitor serum glucose levels.

Lithium, methotrexate: May decrease renal clear-ance of these drugs. Monitor child for toxicity.
