Dosages: Oral: PREVENTION OF ACID ASPIRATION: 75mg in the evening before surgery & repeated again 2 hours prior to start of Surgery. OTHER INDICATIONS: 75mg bid OR inthe evening. RENAL IMPAIRMENT: Creatinine Clearance 20ml/min the dose is reduced to 75mg OD. Creatinine Clearance < 20ml/min the dose is 75mg alternate days.
