| ORAL:Initial dose of 1-2mg OD with breakfast.
MAINTENANCE DOSAGE:1-4mg OD, Max. upto 8mg OD.
Increase in dosage, if required, based on the patients Blood Glucose response.
RENAL IMPAIRMENT:Initial dose of 1mg OD with breakfast, followed by appropriate dose titration if required. |
