| SC:ADJUVANT TO CHEMOTHERAPY:5-10mcg/kg/day. Started 24 hours after last dose of Chemotherapy and continued until the Absolute Nuetophil Count (ANC) stabilises to 1000mm3 for 3 consecutive days or upto 30 days.
ADJUVANT TO GANCICLOVER TREATMENT:5mcg/kg OD. After the fifth dose titrate dose to maintain ANC 1000/mm3.
MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROME, APLASTIC ANAEMIA:3mcg/kg OD for 2-4 days followed by dose titration.
IV(Ifsn.):10mcg/kg/day every 4-6 hours beginning the day after the procedure. Duration as per Cancer Chemoptherapy. |
