Dosages:
PREOPERATIVE MEDICATION: Minor procedure: IV 0.07-0.08mg/kg 1 hour before surgery. First 2mg over 0.5-2min foll. by incremental doses of 0.5-1mg every 2min if reqd.
ENDOSCOPY: < 70yrs: IV bolus 4.65mg. >70yrs: 1.89mg 30-60min before procedure.
