Interactions:
Antacids, antimuscarinics, cimeti-dine, famotidine, ranitidine: Decreased absorp-tion of drug. Wait at least 2 hours after keto-conazole dose before administering these drugs.

Corticosteroids: May result in increased plasma levels of corticosteroid. Monitor child closely.

Cyclosporine: Increased serum levels of cyclo-sporine. Monitor serum levels of cyclosporine.

Oral sulfonylureas: May intensity effects of these drugs. Monitor child closely.

Other hepatotoxic drugs: May enhance toxicity of these drugs. Monitor child closely.

Phenytoin: May alter serum levels of both drugs. Monitor serum levels of both drugs.

Rifampih: May decrease ketoconazole to inef-fective serum levels Monitor child for decreased antifungal effect.

Theophylline: May decrease theophylline plas-ma levels. Monitor serum levels and adjust dosage as needed.

Warfarin: Enhanced anticoagulant effects. Monitor INR, PT, and PTT; adjust dosage as needed.
