| IV: (WEEKLY DOSAGE SCHEDULE): 125 mg/m2 administered over a period of 90 minutes once weekly for 4 weeks, maximum dose 150 mg/m2 and minimum 50 mg/m2, increments should be of 25-50 mg/m2.
IV: (ONCE-EVERY-3-WEEKS DOSAGE SCHEDULE): 350 mg/m2 administered over a period of 90 minutes once in every 3 weeks, minimum dose 200 mg/m2, increments should be of 50 mg/m2. |
