| Oral: 1 mg twice daily, first 1 mg tablet is given 1 hour before chemotherapy, and the second tablet, 12 hours after the first. Tablets have to be given only on the days chemotherapy is given.
IV: 10 mcg/kg administered over a period of 5 minutes starting within 30 minutes before initiation of chemotherapy, and only on the days chemotherapy is given. |
