Precautions:

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to drug and in those with second or third degree heart block or risk sinus syndrome.
Dont use in atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter.
Dont use in patents with preexcitation syndromes.
Use cautiously in patients with asthma because bronchoconstiction may occur.
