Interactions:
Cholestyramine, mineral oil (pro-longed use), neomycin: Decreased absorption of vitamin A. Avoid concomitant use of mineral ' oil or neomycin. Daily vitamin A supplements have been recommended during long-term cholestyra-mine therapy.

Retinoids (such as etretinate, isotretinoin): Po-tential for additive adverse effects. Avoid concomitant use.

Warfarin: Large doses of vitamin A may interfere with hypoprothrombinemic effect of warfarin. Avoid concomitant use.
