Precautions:
  • Caution in patients with Cachexia, Ulcerated Skin, Pulmonary disorders & Hepatic impairment, Avoid Extravasation & Contact with the eyes, Monitor Blood Counts periodically, Fatal if given Intrathecally, In leucopenia < 200 WB/mm3 watch for evidence of Infection, Caution in patients with Malignant Cell Infiltration of Bone Marrow as this may lead to drastic fall in Leucocytes & Platelet Counts, Shortness of breath & Severe Bronchospasm occur frequently and may require aggressive treatment, Do not use small amounts for long periods.
