| Previous hypersensitivity to either unfractionated Heparin or other low-molecular-weight Heparins, Patients with Thrombocytopenia prior to therapy, Recent childbirth, Peptic ulcer disease, Renal impairment (dose reductions if severe), Liver disease (alterations in Hemostasis may affect response to Tinzaparin), Recent lumbar puncture, Vasculitis, Concurrent use of Aspirin(increased bleeding risk), Pericarditis or Pericardial effusion |
