| 2.5mg/kg daily has been recommended in developing countries as a component of the continuation phase of an 8-month regimen consisting of initial treatment (2 months) with INH, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide & Streptomycin/Ethambutol. Dose adjustments are indicated in Renal and Hepatic insufficiency |
