Dosages:
IV:12mg/kg OD for 4 days (Max. daily dose 800mg). If no toxicity is observed, 6mg/kg on day 6, 8, 10 & 12.

Maintenance dose:10-15mg/kg week as a single dose. Max.upto 1gm/week.

ORAL:1.0g on alternate days for 6 doses according to patients tolerance & responce.

Maintenance Therapy:1.0g/week.

LOTION/CREAM:SOLAR KERATOSES:Sufficient lotion OR Cream to cover the affected area bid for 2-4 weeks. 1% preparations used for Head, Neck & Chest, 2-5% for hands.

SUPERFICIAL BASAL CELL CARCINOMA:5% Cream OR Lotion, in sufficient amounts to cover lesion bid for 3-6 weeks upto 12 weeks.
