| SC: Congenital Neutropenia: 6 mcg/kg twice /day.
Cyclic/ Idiopathic neutropenia: 5 mcg/kg once/day.
IV: Cancer patients having Bone marrow Transplantation: 10 mcg/kg/day in 4 or 24 hours, first dose to be given 24 hours after the last dosage of Cytotoxic Chemotherapy and 24 hours after Bone marrow Infusion.
SC: 10 mcg/kg/day in continuous 24 hours infusion, first dose to be given 24 hours after the last dosage of Cytotoxic Chemotherapy and 24 hours after Bone marrow Infusion.
SC bolus, IV, SC: Cancer patients having, Myelosuppressive Chemotherapy: 5 mcg/kg/day, continious, single daily injection, 24-72 hours following chemotherapy.
IV short infusion: 5 mcg/kg/day, in 15-30 minutes, 24-72 hours following Chemotherapy |
