Dosages:
  • Oral:175-200mg/m2/day for 5 days.

  • IV: 50-100mg/m2/day from day 1 to day 5 (slow IV over 30-60 min) Repeated after intervals of 3-4 weekS OR 100mg/m2 on days 1,3 & 5.

  • SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER: 35mg/m2/day for 4 days to 50mg/m2/day for 5 days.

  • NOTE: Courses may be repeated at 3-4 weeks.
