Interactions:
Aspirin, NSAIDs: May decrease enalaprils anti hypertensive effect. Monitor blood ' pressure closely.

Diuretics, phenothiazines, other antihyperten-sives: Enalapril may increase antihypertensive effects. Monitor blood pressure closely.

Insulin, oral antidiabetics: May potentiate risk of hypoglycemia, especially at start of enalapril ther-apy. Monitor serum glucose level.

Lithium: May decrease renal clearance of lithi-um. Monitor lithium levels.

Potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium supple-ments: Enalapril may enhance effects, causing hyperkalemia. Use together cautiously.

Rifampin: May decrease pharmacologic effects of rifampin. Monitor child.
