| Interactions: | Acyclovir: Severe drowsiness and lethargy. Use cautiously together.
Drugs that are nephrotoxic or affect bone mar-row function or formation of bone marrow ele-ments (such as amphotericin 8, dapsone, dox-orubicin, flucytosine, ganciclovir, interferon, pen-tamidine, vinblastine, vincristine): May increase risk of toxicity of these drugs. Use cautiously together.
Probenecid: Impaired elimination of zidovudine. Monitor child closely; adjust dosage as nec-essary. |
