| Oral: 0.4mg capsules once daily ½ -1 hour after food. The dose can be increased to 0.8mg once daily if the patients do not respond well to a dose of 0.4 mg even after 2-4 weeks. If the dose is interrupted for several days, again start the therapy with a dose of 0.4mg once daily |
