| IV bolus/IV Ifsn.:BLEEDING OESOPHAGEAL VARICES:250mcg(3.5mcg/kg) bolus, followed by 6mg/24 hours Ifsn. for 5 days.
UGI BLEED:250mcg (3.5mcg/kg) bolus, followed by 6mg/24 hours for 48 hours. Max. upto 120 hours.
FISTULAE:The Ifsn. is given for 14 days, followed by half the dose for 2 days once the Fistula closes. |
