| Dosages: | RSV infection-
Infant, young child: 20 mg/ml solution via Viratek Small Particle Aerosol Generator (SPAG-2), which produces mist of 190 mcg/L. Treat × 12-18 h/day for at least 3 but no > 7 day at 12.5 L mist/min. Ventilated pt: same dose with pressure- or volume-cycled ventilator and SPAG-2. |
