| Dosages: | SC:ACROMEGALY:Initial dose 50mg tid. Increase upto 500mg. Monitor GH levels during the therapy (GH levels < 5mg/ml OR Somatomedin levels < 1.9U/L in Males & 2.2U/L in Females).
CARCINOID TUMORS:Intial dose of 50mg OD/bid. Increase to Max. 600-1500mg/day in four divided doses.
VIPOMAS: Intial dose 50mg OD/bid. Increase to Max.upto 200-300mg in 2-4 divided doses. |
