Precautions:
  • Use cautiously in patients with Cardiac, Hepatic, Renal, CNS impairment. Caution in patients with compromised Bone Marrow Reserve as indicated by Granulocytopenia, Bone Marrow Metastases, Prior radiation Therapy & Previous Therapy with Cytotoxic agents. Stop treatment if TLC drops below 3000/mm³. Wear latex (rather than PVC) gloves while handling Ifosfamide & change them atleast every 2 hours.
