Dosages:
  • SC: Congenital Neutropenia: 6 mcg/kg twice /day.  
  • Cyclic/ Idiopathic neutropenia: 5 mcg/kg once/day.  
  • IV: Cancer patients having Bone marrow Transplantation: 10 mcg/kg/day in 4 or 24 hours, first dose to be given 24 hours after the last dosage of Cytotoxic Chemotherapy and 24 hours after Bone marrow Infusion.  
  • SC: 10 mcg/kg/day in continuous 24 hours infusion, first dose to be given 24 hours after the last dosage of Cytotoxic Chemotherapy and 24 hours after Bone marrow Infusion.  
  • SC bolus, IV, SC: Cancer patients having, Myelosuppressive Chemotherapy: 5 mcg/kg/day, continious, single daily injection, 24-72 hours following chemotherapy.  
  • IV short infusion: 5 mcg/kg/day, in 15-30 minutes, 24-72 hours following Chemotherapy
