Acetaminophen, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, thiazide diuretics, thyroid prepa-rations: May reduce absorption of these drugs, thus decreasing their therapeutic effects. Use to-gether cautiously.
Oral drugs: May bind with cholestyramine. Dosage adjustment may be needed. Give other drugs at least 1 hour before or 4 to 6 hours or more after cholestyramine; readjustment must also be made when cholestyramine is withdrawn to prevent high-dose toxicity.
Warfarin: May decrease anticoagulant effects. Monitor PT and INK |
