Drug-drug.

Anesthetics, neuromuscular block-ers: May prolong or increase neuromuscular block-ade. Use with caution.

Nephrotoxic drugs: Systemically administered bacitracin may induce additive damage when giv-en with these drugs. Use with caution. Adverse reactions

EENT: slowed corneal wound healing, tempo-rary visual haze (with ophthalmic form), ototoxi-city (when topical form is used over large areas for prolonged periods or with systemic use).

GU: nephrotoxicity, renal failure

Skin: stinging, rash, other allergic reactions; pru-ritus, burning, swelling of lips or face (with topi-cal form).

Other: hypersensitivity reactions, tightness in chest, hypotension, overgrowth of nonsuscepti-ble organisms (with ophthalmic form).
