Disopyramide

Clinical studies have shown no outward effects when amrinone is used concomitently with other drugs excepting excessive hypotension when it was used with disopyramide and do not use with furosemide
When it is administered mixed with dextrose or glucose solution, the chemical interaction slows down considerably so do not dilute with dextrose prior to injection.
