| Cardiovascular diseases, Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism, Chronic Bronchial Asthma, Emphysema, Degenerative Heart Disease, Psychoneurosis, Hypertension, Parkinsons disease, Hyperthyroidism, Cardiac Ateriosclerosis, Aphakia, Bronchial Asthma, Use Ophthalmic prep. cautiously in Elderly & Diabetic patients, Monitor BP periodically , Pulse rate, Respiration & Urine output, Patients receiving IV should be on Cardiac monitor & BP should be checked every 5 minutes there after every 3-5 min. until patient is stable, Caution in Diabetic patients (Drug may increase Blood Glucose Level), Monitor amount, consistency & colour of the sputum, Intracardiac administration needs external cardiac massage to move the drug into coronary circulation. |
