| Dosages: | | Oral: 80 mg or 160mg once daily when used as a monotherapy in patients who are not volume depleted. Start at higher dose in the range of 80mg to320mg once a day. Dosage can be increased to 160mg -320 mg or use a diuretic combination for maximum therapeutic effects |
