| IM/IV:Give Atropine 2-4mg/kg IM/IV followed by initial dose of 1-2g/kg of Pralidoxime IV as a 15-30 min. Infsn. in 100ml Saline or as IV Inj. of 5% solution in WFI for over 5 minutes. Repeat after 1 hour & then hourly if muscle weakness persists.
Note:Atropine might have to be injected frequently to relieve Respiratory Depression. Resuscitative measures should be always utilised |
