| ORAL:20mg with food or milk, followed by 2-4 hours later by exposure to sunlight or UVA. ; Max. single dose is 600mcg/kg. ;Duration of treatment:2-3 times a week with 48 hours interval.
PSORIASIS, MYCOSIS:Under 10 kg:10mg.
Over 115kg ,70mg ; 30-115 kg, 20mg.
Drug to be taken with food or milk. High intensity of light is used.
TOPICAL SKIN:Upto 1 % formulation applied over lesions before exposure to UVA as before. Wash off after exposure & protect from light for 12-48 hours. |
