| POLYMENNORRHOEA: 5mg/day on the 14th-25th days of the menstrual cycle.
MENORRHAGIA: 10mg/day for 10days followed by 2.5-5mg on the 14th-25th days of the menstrual cycle for 3 cycles.
ENDOMETRIOSIS: 5-10mg/day for 6 months.
ENDOMETRIAL HYPERPLASIA: 5mg 1st-5th day of the menstrual cycle for many months.
POSTPONMENT OF MENSES: 5mg/day if only 2 week away, OR 10-15mg/day if only a week away.
CONTRACEPTION (alone OR with an Oestrogen): For example, a combination pill having Lynoestrenol 2.5mg + Ethinyloestradiol 50mcg, is given for 23 days starting the 1st day of menstruation & repeat after a 6 days gap. |
