| IM/IV:3-5 mg/kg/day as tid for 7-10 days.
IM: LIFE THREATENING Rx.:1.7mg.kg every 6-8 hours.
RENAL IMPAIRMENT: Monitor serum creatinine level to increase the interval between doses.
ENT Rx.:0.3% Drops:Instill 1-3 drops tid-qid.
0.3% Oint.:Usually applied at night, with drops during the day. When used alone, Oint. applied tid-qid. |
