Caution in patients with widespread Neoplastic Bone Marrow Infiltration. Patient should be hospitalised during the first course of treatment. Close monitoring during the treatment. Hepatic & Renal impairment.
The treatment to be stopped if the WBC count is < 3500 or platelets < 100000/ m3. |
