Digoxin
Adverse Effect: Increased serum digoxin levels Clinical Management: Monitor digoxin serum levels when propantheline and a slow-dissolving digoxin preparation are used concurrently. Adjust the digoxin dose if necessary. This interaction can be avoided by using digoxin tablets that dissolve rapidly according to USP standards.
Procainamide
