| Injected form contraindicated in children with me-chanical obstruction of the intestine or urogenital tract, asthma, gangrene, diabetes, CV dis-ease, or vagotonia and in those receiving choline esters or depolarizing neuromuscular blockers. Ophthalmic form is contraindicated in children with intolerance to physostigmine and in those with active uveitis or corneal injury. |
