| SC, IM, IV, IV Infsn.:TYPE I DIABETES:Initial dose of 0.2-0.3U/kg/day. Based on the Blood Glucose values gradually increase upto 0.5-1U/kg/day. Obese patients may require upto 2U/kg/day due to Insulin resistance.
ADMINISTRATION OF THERAUPTIC DOSAGE:Total daily dose is distributed as Premeal Bolus Inj. & Basal Insulin Or according to the individual requirement of the patient. |
