| 1 AMPOULE INTRAVESICALLY: Reconstitute ampoule & dilute (do not filter) in 50ml NS, instill into the bladder via urinary catheter by gravity flow. Retain the fluid in bladder for 2 hours ( if possible). For the first hour the patient should br advised to lie 15 min. prone, 15 min. supine & 15 min. each side. Patient may be up for the second hour. |
