| Contraindications: | | Contraindicated in children with idiosyncrasy or hypersensitivity to quinidine or related cinchona derivatives and in those with intraventricular con-duction defects, cardiac glycoside toxicity when AV conduction is grossly impaired, abnormal rhythms due to escape mechanisms, and histo-ry of drug-induced torsades de pointes or QT syndrome. |
