| IM/IV/ORAL:OVERDOSE OF ANTIFOLIC ACID: 10mg/m2 every 6 hours IV/IM until the serum methotrexate levels are below 10 -8m. Subsequent doses may be given orally.
Note: Maintain urine pH at 7 or greater.
MEGALOBLASTIC ANAEMIA: Upto 1mg/day. It is generally given 24 hours after the Methotrexate, in a dose of 15 mg by month every 6 hours, for 2-8 doses (depending on dose of methotrexate).
COLORECTAL CANCER:200mg/m2 by slow IV Inj. over 3 min. followed by 5-Fluorouracil 370mg/m2 by IV.
Duration of Therapy:Daily for 5 days.
