General anesthesia for short procedures not requiring skeletal muscle relaxation; adjunct to other general anesthesia or low-potency agents
Child, adult
:1-4.5 mg/kg IV over 60 sec; or 6.5-13 mg/kg IM. Repeat half to full initial dose prn.
