Dosages:
  • Oral: 50mg initially as a single daily dose at bedtime. In every 4-7 days the dose can be increased by 50mg .Max. dose that can be administered is 300mg/day. Total daily dose of more than 100 mg should be given in two divided doses. If the 2 doses are not equal it is better to take the larger dose at bedtime.
