Dosages:
  • SVT: Urgent control (eg periop): IV bolus 1000mcg/kg over 30s followed by maint of 50mcg/kg/min for 4 mins. increasing upto 300mcg/kg/min if required.

  • GRADUAL CONTROL: Loading dose : IV bolus 500 mcg/kg/min over 1 min followed by 50mcg/ kg/min over 4 min increasing max upto 300mcg/kg/min.
