| Contraindicated in children with hypersensitivity to drug and in those with bronchial asthma, severe COPD, sinus bradycardia and heart block greater than first degree, cardiogenic shock, or heart failure. Use ophthalmic form cautiously in children with cerebrovascular insufficiency. |
